The findings and recommendations for corrective measures were recorded in a report. Phase 2 of the project included development of construction documents for corrective actions for seven buildings.

The solutions for each building were devised based on existing conditions. However, all facilities had common elements that needed correction. Solutions included reducing air infiltration primarily at soffit locations and addition of wall and roof/attic insulation. At the dining hall, R-30 insulation and metal overlay roof was specified to be installed without disturbing the function of the facility.
